Advertising Sales - Generous Commissions (Phoenix, AZ)

This is a commission only contract position located in Phoenix, AZ. 

We are looking for a sales associate to work for a generous commission that can evolve into a permanent contract with salary.  Work from your home (viable home office is required) finding or qualifying and selling new sales leads.  Training will be given and some existing accounts may be assigned.

Ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, preferably in advertising sales, must be good at prospecting and closing new business, producing results, and developing strong business relationships.  Knowledge of real estate is helpful, but not required.
