General Information

Personal Real Estate Investor Magazine focuses on helping readers do one thing: Make money using real estate based investments. In the right context, real estate is an ideal non-traded investment and portfolio component that counter-balances the volatility of stocks, bonds and mutual funds. It has a place in any balanced investment plan. This magazine is to help three classes of readers:

1. Do-it-yourself real estate investors who enjoy finding, acquiring, improving, managing and selling properties - single-family homes, multi-family, light retail, industrial or major commercial properties.
2. Informed homeowners who want to understand why their home has proved to be their best investment. As shelter for family, homes have proven to be a dependable investment shelters providing predictable returns for nest eggs and other savings goals. We help individuals learn how to make the most of this perennial truth.
3. Inquisitive Investors who understand that the cash invested in real estate has always out-performed returns from traditional equities and seeks to understand and participate in non-traded real estate investments as a part of a balanced portfolio.

The magazine is organized to help every reader identify appropriate investment strategies, the processes, the various goods and services and providers that serve each investor or investment phase.

Our Journey: This publication is the direct result of the trial and error real estate investment experiences of the publisher. Andrew Waite has bought, improved, managed and traded properties -some profitably and some more marginally - but has learned that anyone can succeed and increase profit with a little information.
